Pasasalamat

Kumusta po sa lahat!

The 2013 Asian Heritage Society (AHS) and the Cultural Expressions Festival celebrations held in Fredericton were huge successes and overall, we are all pleased to say that we had excellent contributions to these events!

Year after year, our team -Filipino Association of NB Inc- (www.fanb.org) has shown many of our exceptional talents to our fellow New Brunswickers. I’m proud and privilege to be a part of this team. Once again, we have proven that when there is unity and cooperation, there is strength and success.

To all the volunteers and performers of the 2013 AHS and CEF celebrations - “maraming, maraming salamat po” for your support, time, effort and dedication; to everyone - who helped in one way or another, making our activities and projects successful and enjoyable.

We’ve learned from all of these initiatives that many hands make the load lighter and more fun to do. Let us continue to work together with vibrant spirits towards peace and prosperity for everyone. It is timely to mention the two beautiful lines in the song “Ako ay Pilipino” that we sang together at the CEF this year:

“Bigay sa aking talino, sa mabuti lang laan”
“Sa aking katutubo, ang maging mapagmahal”
“Isang bansa, isang diwa ang minimithi ko”

Salamat.
