Mabuhay Kababayan! If you are wondering whether Filipinos are really everywhere, wonder no more because New Brunswick is definitely not an exception.  We are proud to welcome you all to the official website of the Filipino Association of New Brunswick (FANB).

Our first and foremost aim is to present a unified front to every New Brunswickers, every Canadian, and the residents of the world; to demonstrate to everybody that a solid Pinoy community is something to contend with, in terms of ingenuity and ability to conquer heights and depths.  A little bit too poetic here, but true nonetheless.  We are striving to be the next Red Deer Community here in Canada and we encourage everybody to be one with that goal.

As part of our custom, if two or more Pinoys are gathered together, it only means one thing…party plans are brewing!!!  We come from a culture where hospitality is the middle name and it is so easy for us to treat even first time acquaintances as long lost friends.  And so, we are hoping to continue the bayanihan spirit through this association that aims to help our countrymen, newcomers or older mainstays, to fully adapt to their new environment without losing the warmth of home.
