DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIILITIES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

• Decide upon grievances or any questionable or conflicting matters of any financial nature that has been referred to it by the Association in a regular meeting. Such decision shall be made in lieu of and/or as a transition audit being performed by the auditor, and shall not be considered a duplication or an encroachment on the duties of the auditor;
• Upon completion of a review, submit the decision to the Association at a general meeting of the membership for a final conclusion;
• Attend as observers, at their discretion, any meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Council, and;
• Work from time to time in collaboration with the Constitution and By-Laws Committee to determine the procedures for suspending or terminating an elected or appointed director for infraction of the provision(s) of the Association's By-Laws.
